01 — The problem
What you apply to the surface mostly stays on the surface.
The stratum corneum exists to keep foreign matter out. The better it does its job, the less gets in.
02 — The mechanism
The device opens the channel. You choose the depth.
The MTS device creates temporary micro-channels. Depth is adjustable from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm across five settings.
03 — The consequence
Which is why the ampoule has to be a sealed vial.
This formula meets a barrier that is open. It has to be sterile until opened, and finished once it is.

Our Research
Most skincare never gets deep enough to do the work it promises. That is the problem we chose to study, and the reason re:tones makes both halves of the system.

Most skincare evaporates off the surface or stalls at the stratum corneum. The formula was never the weak link — the route in was. So the useful ingredients never reach the layers where skin problems actually begin.

Our R&D team in South Korea works on one question: how do you get an active past the barrier and into the layers that matter. That research produced both halves of the system — a device that opens a temporary channel, and ampoules formulated for that channel.

Most labels carry actives at levels too low to matter — a name on a box, not a dose. We publish the actual formulation percentage of every active, because a number you can check is worth more than one you cannot.

Our raw materials come direct from source in South Korea, and every ampoule is manufactured here by BLUWHA. Shorter chain, fewer hands, and a formulation we control end to end.

Form Follows The Claim
Immediately after treatment the skin barrier is briefly open. A formula meeting that skin is held to a different standard.
It has to be sterile until opened, and finished once it is. Pumps and droppers meet air and fingers on every use. They do not meet that condition.
So the format is a crimp-sealed medical glass vial. The rubber septum and flip-off cap were decided the same way.
The form did not come first with the claim following. The claim came first, and the form followed.
How To Use

Cleanse, then dry the skin completely
Any moisture left and the device slips. Do not apply anything else yet.

Fit a fresh cartridge tip
Tips are single-use. Never reused.

Load the ampoule and set the depth
With the paired ampoule loaded it dispenses automatically as you work. If it is your first time, start at 0.5 mm.

Work section by section at an even pace
Keep moving; do not dwell on one spot.
05
Apply what is left and let the skin settle
For 24 hours afterwards, focus on sun protection and calming the skin.
